Positive electrode production technology. Modern urban life put demands on batteries that must withstand deep discharges and quickly restore charge  to provide car smooth operating  with frequent discharges and the maximum number of energy consumers. the technology in which the organic expanders’ complex, providing reliable performance of an electrode at negative temperatures, is put into negative paste.

Hybrid technology is the basis for the reliable EFB batteries production. The technology uses the combination of positive thick selenium  and negative calcium electrode plates. The massive positive electrode being produced by gravity casting is doped with selenium . Deep discharge resistance and long battery life is provided by the Hybrid-Technology. The thin negative electrode providing fast charge reception and increased current characteristics is produced by continuous Con-Cast technology.  World leading batteries producers use the Hybrid-Technology .

Organic Gel Effect technology is used to produce the active mass of the positive electrode where special gel as well as the fibers of synthetic resins  serve as the binder component of the paste, and they form strong frame inside the electrode that:

  • Increases the resistance of battery electrodes to mechanical stress and vibration;
  • Prevents premature swelling of the active mass;
  • Extends battery life.

Due to application the OGE technology, the battery can withstand more than 300,000 charge-discharge cycles, and battery service life becomes more than 5 years. The combination of the thick positive electrode and the OGE technology creates a battery for vehicles with thelarge number of energy consumers, including the Start-Stop system.

is the technology of negative electrode production. The continuous casting of a grating using a calcium alloy is called Con-Cast technology. It provides:

  • High current characteristics of the battery;
  • Reliability and high power during cold start;
  • Long battery life.

The negative electrode collector is produced using the "Con-Cast" technology on the equipment of the world machine tools production leader for the battery industry "Sovema".

Negative electrode production technology.The negative electrode paste contains special additives:

  • L (lignin) compensates for the shrinkage of the active mass at negative temperatures;
  • C (carbon) particles of various sizes are used in special mixtures to achieve maximum electrical conductivity;
  • S (barium sulfate) has a positive effect on electrical characteristics, adsorbing on spongy lead particles in places of accumulation of structural defects and protecting lignins from leaching during battery operation.

is the technology of production of main conductor cables by casting which allows manufacturing main conductors with exact geometrical characteristics and long life.

Conductors are manufactured taking into account factors that reduce the internal resistance of them. The conductors with reduced internal resistance show improved battery charge reception and return.

is the technology of electrodes paste production with highly oxidized powders which provides manufacture of batteries with high electrochemical parameters. The application of modern equipment allows obtaining fine powder to contribute to produce highly efficient paste.
